2022 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULES

ASOR’s 2022 Annual Meeting will have both virtual and in-person components. The virtual component will take place online, October 19-23 and the in-person component will be held November 16-19 in downtown Boston at the Boston Park Plaza.

In-Person Schedule (Boston, November 16–19)

2022 In-Person (Boston) Academic Program:  The complete academic program including presenters, presentation titles, and abstracts for both components of the Annual Meeting. Scroll down to the November dates to see the in-person/Boston program. Sessions and workshops taking place at the Boston Park Plaza appear in a terracotta color.

The in-person component will take place at the Boston Park Plaza beginning on Wednesday, November 16th. The ASOR registration desks will be open from 12:00-8:30pm. The Exhibit Hall will open at 4:00pm.  ASOR’s President and Executive Director will open the Annual Meeting at 7:00pm and Dr. Solange Ashby will give the Plenary Address.

Academic Sessions will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:20am to 6:25pm EST.

ASOR’s 2022 Virtual Meeting Platform: Registered attendees should visit this site and log-in (with the email address you used to register for the meeting) to view the full ASOR Virtual Schedule (select “Session/Workshop Schedule” from the Annual Meeting 2022 drop-down menu at the top of the page). The Virtual Schedule contains the prerecorded paper presentations to watch on-demand ahead of the virtual component, as well as Zoom links to join the online sessions in October.

Please note that (with the exception of workshops), paper presentations will not be given live or played back during online sessions. Please view the prerecorded presentations “on demand” before attending the online sessions. Presentation recordings are posted to the virtual schedule as they are received.
