ASOR ANNUAL MEETING 2026

Chicago & Hybrid: November 18–21

Registration is open! ASOR’s 2026 Annual Meeting will take place November 18–21 at the Hilton Chicago (720 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL) and online. All sessions and workshops will be able to include both in-person presentations in Chicago and virtual presentations online via Zoom. The academic program consists of ASOR Standing Sessions and Member-Organized Sessions and Workshops. Watch for the Call for Member-Organized Proposals to be updated soon – the application deadline is January 15. Members are invited to submit paper and workshop presentation proposals between February 15 – March 15, and poster proposals between June 1 – August 1. The meeting in Chicago will feature exhibits, special events, business meetings, roundtable discussions, and many highlights for attendees to enjoy in the local area.

Scholarships available: Thanks to donations from ASOR’s generous members, current ASOR members with a need may request a 25%, 50%, or full scholarship for annual meeting registration. E-mail programs@asor.org with requests and a brief explanation before purchasing registration. We will strive to meet all requests from members, with a preference towards those who have not received a scholarship in the past two years. We will do our best to meet requests from non-members and past scholarship recipients.
