ASOR is seeking a volunteer photographer to help capture our upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza from November 19–22, 2025, including our 125th Anniversary Celebrationon Saturday evening. We hope to document the special occasion with high-quality photos that will be shared on our website, social media, and future publications.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Photograph guests, speakers, and program highlights during the Annual Meeting and 125th Anniversary Celebration
• Provide ASOR with digital copies of the photographs after the event

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience photographing conferences and/or events
• Owns and can bring personal photography equipment
• Is comfortable engaging with attendees and taking both posed and candid shots
• Located in the Greater Boston area or attending the Annual Meeting
