The Finance Committee (a) advises the Executive Committee on matters related to the financial management of ASOR and supervision of bids for the annual audit; (b) supervises the investments of ASOR’s funds; and (c) oversees the preparation of the annual budget and monitors compliance with the final budget approved by the Trustees to assure that expenditures do not exceed budgeted amounts.
