2013 Call for Papers and Program Guidelines
VI. Deadlines for 2013 Annual Meeting
Materials must be RECEIVED by 5:00pm on the following dates. All materials must be submitted online via the appropriate web form on the ASOR website unless otherwise noted.
| December 15, 2012 | New Member-Organized Session Proposal Forms and New Workshop Session Proposal Forms due to the Program Committee. |

| January 6, 2013 | Notification by ASOR office of accepted or rejected new Member-Organized Sessions and new Workshop Sessions. |
| February 15, 2013 | Abstract submissions by individuals and preregistration form and payment due to the ASOR office. |
| February 15 - March 1, 2013 | We have implemented a two-week grace period. Submissions will still be accepted for two weeks following the Feb. 15 deadline but with an administrative fee of $25. This fee does NOT apply to those submissions that were solicited by session chairs after Feb. 15, 2013. |
| March 15, 2013 | Deadline for session chairs to recruit papers if their sessions are in danger of not having enough papers. Newly recruited papers (submitted via ASOR's online system) and preregistration form due. |
| March 15, 2013 | No late abstracts accepted after this date. |
| April 1, 2013 | Session Chairs submit online Acceptance/Rejection of Papers to main ASOR office. |
| April 15, 2013 | Session chairs must submit Program Summaries, Abstract Copy, and Session Media Request Forms to the ASOR office. ALL participants must be registered for the Annual Meeting at this time. If participants are not registered by this date, their applications may be denied without further notice. |
| April 30, 2013 | Notification by ASOR office to individual submitters of acceptance or rejection of papers. |
August 1, 2013 |
