FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED AT AN ASOR-MEMBER SCHOOL: Please complete the printable registration form above and send it to the ASOR office. If you have any questions, please contact Kelley Herlihy at 617-353-6576 or asorad@bu.edu.
REFUND POLICY: All refunds must be requested in writing by November 7, 2011. A $35 administrative fee will be assessed per registration. No refunds will be given on the student or spouse / partner fees. Refunds may be processed after the meeting and will be issued by February 13, 2012.
Registration Desk Onsite
The ASOR registration desk will be located in the Westin St. Francis Hotel. All those pre-registered should come to the ASOR registration desk to pick up their name badge and the final meeting program (which will include the abstract book).
Registration desk hours will be:
- Wednesday, Nov. 16: 4:00pm to 9:00pm
- Thursday, Nov. 17: 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Friday, Nov. 18: 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Saturday, Nov. 19: 8:00am to 12:00pm
