Our Two Appearance Policy does not allow the same person to present two papers at the same Meeting, in order to allow as many people to participate as possible. You may also act as a session chair or respondent in addition to giving a paper, but we need to know this in order to develop the program schedule.

*A proportion of the cost for equipment requested beyond the items listed here may be charged to the session or individual. Video/LCD projectors may be requested but we are not always able to provide these to all who request them. We are not able to provide laptops for presentations.

A laser pointer will be available for each session at the Meeting.

Registration:
All Annual Meeting participants MUST BE REGISTERED.
Please submit the Annual Meeting Preregistration form with payment to the ASOR BOSTON OFFICE prior to April 1 in order to be considered for participation.
If you request a waiver of the registration fee, please explain your reasons here:


*Please note: Waivers are not automatically approved. Your Section Chair must submit all requests for waivers to the Chair of CAMP (Committee on Annual Meeting and Program) for final approval.

Abstract:
Abstracts are limited to 250 words, and bibliographical references are discouraged.

If your abstract includes accents or diacritical marks that may not transmit via an emailed form,
please fax a copy of your abstract with the correct characters to the ASOR Boston office at 617-353-6575

    

 

How does this work?
Hitting the "send form" button will send your information via email to the ASOR Boston office, where it will then be forwarded to the section chair of the section you have indicated in the "Section Title" box above. If you did not select a particular section, we will choose an appropriate one based on your paper topic or put your paper in either one of the Reports on Current Excavations sessions or the Individual Submissions section.

NEW this year: the ASOR office will 'carbon copy' you on the email that sends your form to the appropriate section chair so that you have a copy of your submitted abstract. Note that this is only possible if you include your email address in the first section of this form.
