II. Statement of Aims of the Section and a brief synopsis of these aims. The statement must include the reasons for such a Section and how the individual presentations will relate to each other.  
III. Pertinent bibliographies or achievements of the proposed Chair and statement of commitment by the proposed Chair to serve as the liaison with the Program Committee, coordinate the Section's Annual Program, and keep appropriate records.
IV. (Optional but recommended)
Provide names of possible presenters and their tentative paper topics that would address the session topic.
   
For proposals to be considered for the 2003 Annual Meeting, prospective chairs must submit a New Section Form by March 1, 2003.
