at Penn's Landing 10/27/05 If you are not able to secure a room in our block, another option is to try the Sheraton Society Hill, which is within walking distance at 1 Dock St. (tel 215-238-6000 or the Sheraton website).
Getting there from the airport Public transport: Take SEPTA to Amtrak's 30th St. Station. Take the Blue line east (toward Frankford Trans. Ctr.) to the 2nd St. stop. From the 2nd St. stop walk east on Market St. to Columbus Blvd. (Delaware Ave.), turn right on Columbus Blvd. go south until you reach the Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing. Shuttle service: Shuttle service for Philadelphia International Airport is the Lady Liberty Airport Shuttle. Reservations are not necessary. The Lady Liberty van runs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. You can locate Lady Liberty shuttle vans at the baggage claim area or by dialing #27 on the airport phones located in the Baggage Claim Area, or call 215-724-8888 and telling them which terminal you are in and your destination. Remain in the seating area near the Ground Transportation Counter (open 5:00am to 12:00 midnight) and you will be called when your driver arrives. Lady Liberty will prearrange shuttle service also if you call 215-724-888 or contact your hotel Bell Captain. Please allow a minimum of 2 - 2 1/2 hours for your return trip. Shuttle service cost is $ 8 each way. Please note that Lady Liberty's last shuttle is at 12:00 midnight, taxi or train are the only options after that time. Driving to the hotel Take exit #20 from I-95 and make a left onto Columbus Blvd. Proceed for one mile, and the hotel will be on the right at 201 South Columbus Blvd. Jewish religious services and Sabbath meals on Friday and Saturday will be available at Congregation Mikveh Israel.
