Hotel Rates
A reduced rate of $105 per night for a single or double room was negotiated for those attending the ASOR Annual Meeting, though the deadline for reserving a room at this rate has passed.

Meeting Schedule
The Annual Meeting will begin on the evening of Wednesday, November 14th, with our annual Plenary lecture. Academic sessions and business meetings will begin on Thursday morning* and run through 6pm on Saturday, November 17th. For those wishing to combine attending the ASOR Meeting with attending the SBL/AAR Meeting in Denver, information on the SBL/AAR Meeting is now available. Airport Service
The Omni Interlocken has recommended that Meeting attendees fly into Denver International Airport for access to the Boulder area. Taxis are available at the airport and shuttle service via SuperShuttle is available (advance reservations recommended) for about $18 one way. The SuperShuttle site directions are:
"proceed to Level 5 / Baggage Claim of the the Main Terminal. SuperShuttle has two ticket counters adjacent to the car rental area. Counter service agents will issue tickets and direct you to the proper shuttle loading area on Island 3 of the East or West side of the terminal, depending on your final destination."

You will want to take the Boulder Express shuttle, which heads directly to Boulder via Broomfield. SuperShuttle also has a Denver shuttle, but this will drop people off at Denver hotels before proceeding to Broomfield, and this would be a longer trip.
