Lindstrom Foundation Student Service Scholarship

Scholarships of $500 will be awarded.
Eligibility
: Students must be members of ASOR and may be either undergraduates or graduate students. The Scholarships require that recipients provide up to 20 hours of service at the Annual Meeting, arranged to accommodate the sessions they would like to see. Duties may involve assisting at the registration desk, helping Section Chairs with audio-visuals at program sessions, and aiding Program Committee members with other set-up and arrangement needs.
Applying: Interested individuals should send a curriculum vitae and a letter of interest to the ASOR office that summarizes how they will benefit from attending the Meeting. A budget of projected expenses should be included. One letter of recommendation should also be forwarded to the ASOR Boston office at the address listed below. Applications will be accepted through September 16, 2003, and notification of decisions on grant awards will be made within two or four weeks. Any questions may be directed to the ASOR Boston office (telephone 617-353-6570, email: asor@bu.edu). 9/16/03: Recommenders may fax their letters if sending them by snail mail in time for the deadline is no longer possible.

Dorot Foundation Annual Meeting Travel Scholarships
